The site of this project which is in 550 square meters is located at Vanoosh region of Mazandaran Province, Tirakdeh Olya in a town with 20 years old villas. The land is from north & east side to citrus garden, from west to fence and the neighbor and from south side is limited to the south neighbor’s building with a few distance. The request of the employer was designing a villa for comfort of all members of the family. As we have experienced the Corona Virus; families pass their most times at home and beside together. This issue made use to have more focus on the bio-behaviors of the members of the family as case by case in the said project. Two generations; father and mother as first generation and children as second generation have different bio-behaviors. Definition of comfort for the father and mother was comfort in end hours of the day and calmer entertainment that we call it mild-life, on the other hand, comfort for second generation is emotion and excitement in irregular times of the day (morning, evening and especially night) that we call it emotional-life. The first generation is active on the morning and the second generation is asleep, first generation sleeps early at the night, the second generation is in parties and the first generation hold party at evening, the second generation does not like mild-life and so on. Therefore, we decided to use the void central space in designing project as joint separator in order to keep life privacy of every one of the generations and we have begun designing from the first floor that bedrooms shall be placed. Central void is the separator of master bedroom of the parents from bedrooms of the children. The spatial regularity of the other required parts were formed around this central void. There is living room and kitchen in ground floor in one part and there is private sitting room and guest room that is as quarantine room also has been placed on the other part. The attic room is in one part of the void in second floor to the open space and it is allocated to emotional-life of the children and the roof space was allocated to take sun and as mild-life. So, spatial structure was formed as to keep privacy of any one of the generations and as well as to make possibility of the family activities. Connection of these spaces in two sides of central void was designed by stairway and bridge and it was as the media of interaction between two generations. Finally, issues like climatic orientation of the building in west east line in order to create air circulation and as well as considering suitable views were caused to form the final volume of the project. All plants were burned and dried in the site of the project before assigning us to design the project. There were two pomegranate trees in east wall of the site of the project which were in good condition, we kept these two trees and we opened openings to their side; the first tree was to the side of the guest room in ground floor and master bedroom of the parents in first floor. The second tree’s bunches were to the inside of the north terrace of 1st floor. These two trees remind us two generations of the project.
