INSPIRATION Since this project is a renovation project, The previous classic arches played the most critical role in the design process. Because these arches have the potential to link the classic style with the modern style. As much as being in a space covered with arches gives the feeling of being in a classic space, the predominance of white color in the space gives the feeling of being in a modern space. This project is the out come of a merger of two smaller units, resulting in a 500-meter unit. The merger of the units made the building not have the necessary efficiency as a large unit. As a result, our goal was formed during the reconstruction of the building: changing the plan to reach an efficient space where the spatial quality is observed at its highest level. The previous design of the home is entirely indicative of its style. Space is full of decorations and elements that we see only in classic style.

Arash Madani Design House is an abstraction of crystalline house full of motivation and enthusiasm for new experiences and challenges in which a spectrum of life flows in it then analyzed and analyzed, and finally, the color, feeling and fiction will be the output of this house. their mission is to design based on architectural knowledge that is bold, stylish, dramatic, full of energy and at the same time efficient so that it can meaningfully connect the person with the space. they want their distinction to be in studying the lifestyle and needs of the user of the space in order to empower the building, increase the sense of satisfaction and pleasure of living in such a place and redefine his exclusive lifestyle. Therefore, each user’s project is like his fingerprint in their office a current and consistent plan of living, being and growing that cannot be replaced.
