Therefore, creating a sense of satisfaction, improving the quality level and responding to the user’s wishes and needs are the most important goals of these projects. However, in addition to these components, the existing limitations in the current building, such as common structures and facilities, the placement of shared openings and windows, as well as adherence to the principles of sustainability, which include spending the lowest cost and demolition and materials, are among other very important components. are in the formation of the plan. Frame Apartment Renovation Plan is to convert an office apartment unit into a residential apartment unit based on the needs of the business owner who resides in it one or more days a week according to his working conditions. In the meantime, the inappropriate arrangement of the existing rooms, which was the product of the excessive extension of the apartment and the inappropriate proportions of the plan, as well as the lack of suitable living spaces such as the kitchen and independent bathroom, as well as the unfavorable lighting of the middle spaces, are among other shortcomings and challenges of the design. With what has been expressed about the demands and challenges and in order to achieve the goals of the project, the overall concept of the project has been the creation of visual frames. This framing has been done by using visual elements such as color difference, level difference and creating a different sense of space with two general design goals: 1- Establishing diversity in the space and paying attention to all behavioral aspects and human states and emotions while maintaining the uniformity and integrity of the entire design system 2- Improving and upgrading the overall proportions of the spaces compared to the whole plan despite its excessive elongation Using color in spatial zoning and creating movement paths, creating symmetry while contrasting in neighboring spaces, establishing dynamism next to stillness and creating visual frames for the user of the space are among the other features of the design, which are felt by the presence of the audience in the place. becomes A feeling that leads to a different and new experience in man and creates a new and continuous dialogue between him and the created environment. This discourse borrows its continuity from the purity and simplicity of the design and receives its freshness every time from a new frame with the complexity and contrast in the details of the spaces.
